He studied at the Faculty of Treatment and Prevention of Azerbaijan Medical University from 1990 to 1996.

Between 1996 and 1997, he did internship in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at the Hospital of Emergency Care in Baku.

Between 1998 and 2001, he was Chief of the Medical Station in Military Unit N of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.

He worked as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator at Lankaran Central Hospital from 2002 to 2006.

Between 2006 and 2008, he worked as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator at Real Health Medical Center in Sumgayit.

He worked as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator at Leyla Shikhlinskaya Clinic in Baku from 2007 to 2011.

Since 2008, he has worked as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator at the Department of Anesthesiology of the National Center of Oncology.

In 2016, he did observership at Hacettepe University Hospital in Ankara, Turkey.
