She studied at the Faculty of Treatment and Prevention of Azerbaijan Medical University from 1983 to 1989. 

From 1989 to 1990, she did an internship in Therapy at the Railway Hospital in Baku.

From 1992 to 1995, she received a postgraduate education at the National Center of Oncology.

In 1990, she worked at the Department of General Oncology of the National Center of Oncology. 

From 1992 to 1995, she worked as an oncologist at the Department of General Oncology of the National Center of Oncology.

In 1995, she defended a thesis on "Liver function in breast cancer patients" for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences.

From 1996 to 2006, she worked as a senior researcher at the Department of General Oncology of the  National Center of Oncology.

Since 03.2008, she has been a Head of the Department of Diagnostics and Treatment of Precancerous Diseases of the National Center of Oncology.

More than 50 scientific papers have been published.
