From 1985 to 1993, he studied at the Faculty of the Treatment and Prevention of Azerbaijan State Medical University.

From 1993 to 1994, he did an internship at the National Center of Oncology.

From 1994 to 1996, he did a clinical residency at the National Center of  Oncology.

Since 1996, he has worked as an oncologist at the  National Center of  Oncology.

More than 50 scientific articles and theses have been published in the leading scientific journals of  Europe, CIS and Azerbaijan.
