In 2003, he graduated from the Turkish High School in Mingechevir. 

He studied at the Azerbaijan Medical University from 2003 to 2009. 

He did an internship at the Sumgayit Oncologic Dispensary from 2009 to 2010. 

From 2011 to 2012, he worked as a surgical oncologist in Gabala Central Hospital. 

He worked as a surgical oncologist in Barda Central Hospital between the years of 2013 and 2014.  

Since 2014, he has worked as an ocologist at the National Center of Oncology. 

He has worked on the scientific topic "Surgical treatment of Calcaneus localized tumors such as reverse flowed sural fleb".

He participated in the scientific-practical conference dedicated to National Leader Heydar Aliyev's birthday, held in 2014 in Baku, with scientific materials.
