He studied at the Medical Faculty of Azerbaijan Medical University from 1991 to 1997.

Between 1997 and 1998, he did internship at the National Center of Oncology.

He was Chief anesthesiologist of the Second Military Corps from 1998 to 2001.

In 2001, he worked as an anesthesiologist at the National Center of Oncology.

Between 2002 and 2003, he did training on the specialty at the Russian Cancer Research Center named after N.N. Blokhin.

He worked as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator at Leyla Shikhlinskaya Clinic in Baku from 2003 to 2005.

Between 2003 and 2009, he worked as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator at the National Center of Oncology.

He has been Head of the Department of Anesthesiology of the National Center of Oncology since 2009.

In 2011, he did training on the specialty at AKH in Vienna, Austria.

He received part-time postgraduate education at the National Center of Oncology from 2014 to 2019.

His articles have been published in the country and abroad.
