He studied at the Faculty of Treatment and Prevention of Azerbaijan Medical University from 2002 to 2008. 

He did an internship at the National Center of Oncology from 2008 to 2009.

He worked as a doctor at the Department of Head and Neck Tumors of the National Center of Oncology from 2009 to 2010. 

Specialization at the Department of Ear, Nose and Throat and Head and Neck Surgery of the Faculty of Medicine of  Ankara University in Turkey, from 2010 to 2015.

He has worked as an otolaryngologist at the Department of Head and Neck Tumors of the  National Center of Oncology since 2015.
