She studied at the Faculty of Biology of Azerbaijan State University from 1970 to 1976.

Between 1969 and 1980, she worked as a laboratory assistant.

Between 1980 and 1983, she worked as a head laboratory assistant.

She was a junior scientific employee at the Radiobiology Laboratory of the National Center of Oncology from 1983 to 1988.

She worked at the Department of Experimental Therapy of the National Center of Oncology from 1988 to 1993.

Since 1993, she has worked as a junior scientific employee at the Pathocytomorphology Laboratory of the National Center of  Oncology.

She is the author of 35 scientific articles.
