He studied at Azerbaijan Medical University from 1999 to 2005.

He did an internship at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery of Baku City Clinic Hospital N1 from 2005 to 2006. 

He worked at the Department of Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery of UKD University Clinic of Dusseldorf in Germany from 2007 to 2010. 

He has worked as a medical doctor at the Department of Head and Neck Tumors of the National Center of Oncology since 2011. 

He studied at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the University of Akdeniz of  Antalya, Turkey from 2013 to 2014.
