He graduated from the Faculty of Treatment and Prevention of Azerbaijan Medical University in 2000.

Between 2005 and 2007, he did a clinical residency at the Department of Radiotherapy of the  National Centerof Oncology.

Since 2007, he has worked as a radiation oncologist and researcher at the Department of Radiotherapy of the National Centerof Oncology.

He received a postgraduate doctoral education at the National Center of Oncology from 2007 to 2011.

In 2011, he was awarded a PhD degree for the scientific research on “Optimization of concurrent chemoradiotherapy of locally advanced uterine cervical carcinoma”.

30 scientific articles and abstracts have been published.

The main directions of the medical and scientific activities are IMRT and brachytherapy.
