He studied at the Pediatrics Faculty of Azerbaijan Medical University from 2000 to 2006.

Between 2006 and 2007, he did an internship at the Medical Academy of Postgraduate  Education in  Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Between 2007 and 2009, he did radiology residency at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. 

He took an advanced course in Radiology at the Hospital of Medical Faculty of Ege University in  Izmir, Turkey from 2011 to 2012.

He worked as a radiologist at the Russian Scientific  Center of Roentgenology and Radiology in Moscow.

Since 2012, he has worked a a radiologist at the National Center of Oncology.
