She studied at the Azerbaijan State Medical University from 1979 to 1985.

Between 1985 and 1987, she did residency in Chemotherapy at the All-Union Oncological Center of USSR (currently – RAMS RONC, Moscow, Russia).

Since 1988, she has worked as a medical oncologist at the National Center of Oncology.

She is author of more than 30 abstracts and theses.

She has repeatedly joined international conferences and seminars as a speaker and as a participant.
