He studied at Azerbaijan Medical University from 1995 to 2001.

Between 2001 and 2002, he did internship at the Clinic Medical Center in Baku.

Between 2011 and 2012, he took a training course at Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey.

He worked as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator at the Neurosurgery Hospital in Baku in 2012.

He worked as a pediatric anesthesiologist-resuscitator at the Department of Pediatric Anesthesiology and Intensive Care of the Pediatric Clinic of the National Center of Oncology in 2011. 

Since 2018, he has been Head of the Department of Pediatric Anesthesiology and Intensive Care of the Pediatric Clinic of the National Center of Oncology.
