He graduated from the Faculty of Treatment and Prevention of Azerbaijan Medical University in 2000.

He received a postgraduate education at the National Center of Oncolgy between 2004 and 2008.

He took longterm training courses and fellowships in Germany.

In 2008, he was awarded a PhD degree for the scientific research on “Efficiency of external gamma-therapy in breast cancer in dependency of dose rate of Co60 isotope”.

He is a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine.

12 scientific works have been published.

Now he works as a radiation oncologist and researcher at the Department of Radiotherapy of the National Center of Oncology.

The main directions of the medical and scientific activities are IMRT and SBRT.
