On March 15, 2021, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Azerbaijan Zacharie Gross visited the National Center of Oncology. Ambassador Zacharie Gross was accompanied by Economic Adviser Louis Tulogh.

The guests met with the Director General of the Center, Academic Jamil Aliyev, and got acquainted with the scientific and clinical achievements of one of the largest medical centers in the South Caucasus. Academic Jamil Aliyev gave detailed information about the innovative technologies applied, modern treatment and prevention methods, high service provided to patients at the National Center of Oncology.

Ambassador Zacharie Gross praised the conditions and service he observed at the Center, expressed interest in the future development strategy of the Center and thanked for the warm welcome.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on cooperation between the two countries in the field of medicine. The importance of further expanding cooperation in this area was emphasized.

Ambassador Zacharie Gross visited the museum of the National Center of Oncology and left a note in the book for guests.
