On January 18 2013, in Baku contract on scientific-research  cooperation was signed between the National Center of Oncology  of the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic and Higher Education Institution of  the Republic of Turkey.

An agreement signed by the General Director of the National Center of Oncology, academician J.A.Aliyev  and the president of the Council of Higher Education of the Republic of Turkey,Prof. Dr. Gokhan Cetinsaya is reflected exchange of  scientists and experts,development of joint scientific- research programs,training for nurses and medical personnel and other projects.
