She studied at the Faculty of the Russian Language and Literature of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical Institute named after M.F. Akhundov from 1993 to 1997.

Between 1998 and 2003, she studied at the Faculty of Pedagogics and Methods of Primary Education of Azerbaijan Institute of Teachers.

She worked as a Russian language and literature teacher at the Secondary school No. 221 from 1997 to 2003.

She worked as an operator at the National Center of Oncology in 2006.

She worked as Head clerk from 2007 and 2009.

Between 2009 and 2011, she worked as Head of the Department of Human Resources.

She has been Deputy General Director for Human Resources of the National Cneter of Oncology since 2011.
