He studied at the Pediatric Faculty of Azerbaijan Medical University from 2000 to 2006.

Between 2006 and 2007, he did internship in pediatric surgery. 

Between 2008 and 2010, he did clinical residency in general surgery in Kiev, Ukraine.

In 2010, he took a course in laparoscopic surgery at the Department of Surgery of the National Institute of Surgery and Transplantology named after  A.A. Shalimov in Kiev, Ukraine.

In 2011, he took a course in oncosurgery at the Oncology Department of the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after P.L. Shupyk in Kiev, Ukraine. 

He has worked as a pediatric surgical oncologist at the Department of Pediatric Surgery of the Pediatric Clinic of the National Center of Oncology since 2013.
