He studied at the Faculty of Medical and Biotechnical Apparatus and Systems of Azerbaijan State Oil Academy from 2011 to 2015.

He has worked as a medical physicist at the Department of Medical Physics and Clinical Topometry of the National Center of Oncology since 2016.
