He studied at the Faculty of Physics and Technology of Azerbaijan Technical University from 2006 to 2010.

He worked as a medical physicist at the Department of Medical Physics and Clinical Topometry of the National Center of Oncology from 2014 to 2017.

He has been Head of the Department of Medical Physics and Clinical Topometry of the  National Center of Oncology since 2017.
