He studied at the Faculty of Medical and Biotechnical Apparatus and Systems of Azerbaijan State Oil Academy from 1995 to 1999.

Between 2004 and 2009, he worked as a medical physicist at the Department of Radiotherapy of the  National Center of Oncology.

He has worked as a medical physicist at the Department of Medical Physics and Clinical Topometry of the National Center of Oncology since 2009.
