Biography

She is a qualified specialist in molecular biology. 

She graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry of Baku State University in 1978.

In 1978, she was a researcher at the Institute of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture.

Between 1979 and 1981, she did probation in Molecular Biology/Genetics at the Molecular Biology Institute of All-Union Sciences Academy of USSR in Moscow.

She worked at the Department of Molecular Biology of Moscow State University and Institute of Molecular biology of USSR in  Moscow from 1979 to 1989.

Between 1981 and 1983, she participated in the “Human genоme” Programs in the United Kingdom and United States of America.

Postgraduate study She received postgraduate education in Biology at the Department of Molecular Biology in Moscow State University from 1984 to 1989.

In 1989, she defended a Candidate dissertation on “Histone H1 and its molecular structure”.

Between 1989 and 2009, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant, then Head of the Genetic Laboratory the Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Baku.

She worked at Pusan State University in South Korea between 2003 and 2008.

She worked at the Central Customs Hospital, Republican Diagnostic Center and Oxygen Clinic between 2010 and 2012.

She has been Head of the Laboratory of Molecular Oncology of the National Center of Oncology since 2013.

More than 65 scientific articles on plant, animal and human genome research have been published.

She has participated in 4 local and 1 international grant projects and successfully completed two of them.

She has participated in international and local conferences.
