He studied at the Faculty of Treatment and Prevention of Azerbaijan Medical University from 1997 to 2003.

Between 2003 and 2004, he did an internship at the City Oncologic Dispensary in Baku.

Between 2009 and 2010, he took a specialization course at Rostov Oncological Research Institute in Russia.

He worked as a surgical oncologist at the Department of Abdominal Oncology of the  National Center of Oncology from 2005 to 2018.

In 2012, he participated in the Oncology Symposium in Vienna, Austria.

In 2013-2014, he participated in the Onco-hematology Symposium in Izmir, Turkey.

He has worked as a surgical oncologist at the Department of Oncocoloproctology of the National Center of Oncology since 2018.

In 2018, he participated in the Youth Oncology Review Congress in Antalya, Turkey.

The main practical activity is related to the surgical treatment of gastric, colorectal, pancreatic, malignant and benign tumors of the bile ducts and mini-invasive surgery.
