From 1998 to 2004, he studied at the Azerbaijan Medical University. 

From 2004 to 2006, he did a clinical residency at the Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in  Saint Petersburg, Russia.

From 2006 to 2008, he received a postgraduate education at the Scientific-Research Institute named after N.N.Petrov in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

From 2008 to 2010, he worked as a senior laborant at the National Center of Oncology.

From 2008 to 2015, he worked as a junior scientific employee at the National Center of Oncology.

Since 2015, he has worked as a scientific employee at the National Center of Oncology.

In 2008, he defended a PhD dissertation on “Risk factors of local-regional reccurence and further metatheses after breast cancer organ-preserving treatment” in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
