Dr. Fuad, PhD, FEBU, studied at the Cerrahpasha Faculty of Medicine of Istanbul University from 1993 to 2000. 

He did an urology residency at the Department of Urology of the Faculty of Medicine of Hacettepe University in Ankara from 2001 to 2006. 

From July 2006 to April 2007, he did a clinical fellowship at the SLK Klinikum Heilbronn, Teaching Hospital of Heidelberg University in Germany.

He worked as an urologist of the Department of Endoscopic Surgery and Diagnostics of the Central Hospital of Oil Workers in Baku between 2007 and 2008.

He was Head of the Department of Urology and Nephrology of the Central Hospital of Oil Workers in Baku between 2008 and 2009.

Since September 2009, he has been Head of the Department of Oncourology of the National Center of Oncology.

Since January 2011, he has worked as a Deputy Director General of the National Center of Oncology.

He is an author of more than 60 scientific articles and abstracts.

He is a specialist of the Association of European Urologists.
