Blood bank

The blood bank within the National Center of Oncology was established in 1997 by the decree of academician Jamil Aliyev, Director of NCO and operates up to this day. The main function of NCO is the fulfillment of the demand for donor blood by the relatives of patients, doctors, personnel, etc, examination for the blood donation purposes, plus the determination of blood group and rhesus cross match.
