On November 25. 2013, in Baku an agreement on scientific-research cooperation was signed between the National Center of Oncology of The Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic, and “Bayındır Health Care Group”.  Agreement  signed by the General Director of the National Center of Oncology, academician J.A.Aliyev and  Mr. Dogan Sarban reflected corporation in courses  such as exchange of scientists and experts, and  scientific-research programs, developing  projects, training for nurses and medical personnel and other courses.
