She studied at the Faculty of Biology of Voronezh State University from 19778 to 1981.

Between 2002 and 2007, she studied at the Faculty of Finance and Credit of Azerbaijan International University.

In 1997, she worked as a Chief accountant of the Journal of “Azerbaijani School” of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

In 2004, she worked as an accountant at the Main State Technical Supervision Inspectorate under the Ministry of Agriculture.

In 2008, she was a Chief consultant and later Chief accountant on estimate-project procurement at the Division of Training and Monitoring of the Department of Informatization of Education System of the Ministry of Education.

Since 2011, she has worked as a Chief accountant at the National Center of Oncology.
