3. Immunohistochemical analysis is the analysis based on antigen-antibody immune reaction,conducted for purposes of diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic (targeted therapy).

 4.In-situ-hybridization  analysis is the   genetic analysis based on genetic hybridization performed with prognostic and therapeutic purposes (targeted therapy).
